Roles we hire for.
We partner with senior operators on a contractor basis for most engagements, and hire full-time when the load is there. These are the profiles we look for.
Senior AI Engineer
- Shipped production LLM systems (RAG, agents, evals)
- Strong TypeScript or Python; comfortable across the stack
- Cloud-native on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Comfortable owning work from scope to production
Platform / Cloud AI Engineer
- Deep AWS or Azure experience (Bedrock, OpenAI, SageMaker, AI Foundry)
- IaC fluency (Terraform, CDK, Bicep)
- Experience with private model endpoints, KMS, and multi-tenant isolation
- Observability and cost-governance mindset
ML / Evaluations Engineer
- LLM evaluation: retrieval hit rate, faithfulness, LLM-as-judge
- Experience with Langfuse, LangSmith, MLflow, or similar
- Dataset curation, labeling workflows, CI integration
- Bonus: fine-tuning experience (SFT, LoRA, DPO)
